Returns Policy
We provide a 30 – day return window, allowing you to request a return within 30 days from the receipt date of your item.
To qualify for a return, the item should be returned in its original condition—unused, unworn, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. When contacting us, kindly include your order number and the reason for the return.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and clear instructions on how to send back your item. Please note that items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Labels:
- Defective Products: If the product is defective, a prepaid return shipping label (free return shipping) will be provided.
- Customer Remorse: If the return is due to personal preference, you will bear the return shipping costs.
Return Fees:
- Defective Products: Please contact us for assistance with repairs or replacements. If the issue cannot be resolved, a replacement will be sent.
- Customer Remorse: You can return the product within 30 days of receipt for a refund of the product price. Shipping costs are non – refundable.
- Restocking Fee: No restocking fee applies.
Exchanges: For exchanges, we recommend returning the item for a refund and placing a new order for the product you desire.
Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 2 business days. Additional time may be required for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Order Cancellation Policy: If an order is canceled due to unavailability or other reasons, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
